Banana and peanut butter smoothie
Peel off the skin of a banana and throw it in a blender. Add one cup of milk and one table spoon of peanut butter and blend them together. Add some ice if you prefer cold drinks in the morning.

Scrambled eggs
Break two eggs; add a quarter cup of milk and a pinch of both, salt and pepper. Whip it up and cook in a nonstick pan. Make sure that you constantly move a spatula in the mixture.

Yogurt with honey and fruit
Mix your favorite dry fruits and fresh fruits in a bowl of yogurt. Add some honey for sweetness.

Honey toast
Break an egg and whisk it, add a quarter cup of milk, sugar and then a pinch of cinnamon. Add in a slice of bread and let it soak the egg mixture for two to three minutes. Glaze a nonstick pan with butter and shallow fry your slice of bread. Once cooked, place it on a plate and drizzle a nice layer of honey in it. If you are not a fan of honey, you can use pancake syrup as an alternative.

Grilled cheese sandwich
Butter both sides of two bread slices, take two slices of cheese and put them between the two buttered bread slices. Once you see a nice layer of cheese melt between the toasts you finally have a fantastic grilled cheese sandwich. Now place the sandwich on a pan and heat it up on a low flame till it is nicely brown. Once the bread starts to turn golden, take it off the flame and let it cool down a little before devouring it.

Strawberry and oatmeal
Take a quarter cup of oats and mix in half a cup of milk and half a cup of water. Pour everything in a saucepan and cook on a medium flame. Once the oatmeal is cooked well, throw in some strawberry slices.
