Wok The Way Food

Chinese food has taken up market by storm over couple of years and from restaurant it has become Street food. I am sure the Chinese cuisine we are serving now, is not even Chinese any more rather a Desi-fied Chinese. But still in winter, our evening cravings take us to tried and tested places for hot n sour soup or chow mein.

Our very own Hira Asim from Mosh Diaries invited us to new Chinese restaurant in DHA Phase 4 Sector DD commercial Lahore. The food tasting session was covered by almost every happening blogger and socialite. If you need to know any nearby landmark of this restaurant, it is in the same lane as Food Truck Company kitchen building. Once you get onto that road, you can not miss it.

Restaurant interior done in a very contemporary way with a slight oriental hint to it. Ironically one can not have a big gathering due to the space but still, they do deliver at your location and you can even take away. Its never about where you are having the food but rather how is the food. The owner is a young passionate guy and quite focused to produce good quality food.

Yes yes…I know, when I will talk about the food. So here is what I think about the food. We were served a mix of everything premium on their menu. From crispy fish and wontons in starters and then for main they served us Veggie Chow Mein, Egg Fried rice, Mangolian beef and Chicken Ginger. A very balanced menu for everyone to understand the whole range. After having all this food, I felt assured they have qualified chef in their kitchen and they are sticking to their motto of providing good quality Chinese food. Wish them very best of luck.
