Zero Calorie/Fat Free Soup! K-recipes

Kluchit brings you this one delicious recipe with no fat at all! I know right. Make it for breakfast lunch or dinner, your call. The best thing about it is it’ll only takes up to total 15 minutes and serves 4. How cool is that?

Things you need:

  • ½ diced chicken
  • 1 tbsp virgin oil
  • ½ diced onion
  • ½ diced celery
  • ½ diced carrot
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups vegetables broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped fresh herbs (your choice)
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice

Directions:

Boil chicken for one hour, keep half for later and the other half for the soup. When it cools down shred it up. Heat oil over a medium pot and cook all the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Add chicken and vegetable broths in the pot along with salt and bring to boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 more minutes. In the end add rice, fresh herbs and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot!
